Basil

Basil microgreens are sprouted until they grow a few inches tall. Basil micro greens are wonderful in salads, sandwiches, or as a beautiful garnish on any meal.
Red Cabbage

Red Cabbage has a fresh and sweet cabbage-like flavor with a bit of spiciness at the end. Excellent in soup or on a sandwich.
